We listen, act, and transform
Life is short, and much of it is spent carrying emotional weight that doesn’t need to be carried alone. I am committed to helping relieve as much emotional suffering as possible—whether that shows up as anxiety, depression, relational struggles, creative blocks, or a deeper longing to understand yourself more fully. My work is centered on helping you recover more of who you are, so you can live with greater freedom, connection, and vitality in how you love, work, and play.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I am also a certified psychoanalyst through the Brookhaven Institute for Psychoanalysis and Christian Thought and I am trained in Somatic Experiencing from Somatic Experiencing International. Alongside my clinical work, I have authored several books on spiritual formation, taught as an adjunct faculty member, and spoken locally and nationally on emotions, attachment, and psychotherapy. I also serve as a clinical supervisor for counselors in the Kansas City area.
